SIW Vegetables opened in 1986 at our farm in Chadds Ford. We sell off of wagons and have a small building for check out. We are open 7 days a week throughout the season. We have over 50 different local fruits and vegetables and try to add one or two new ones each year. We also have dried gourds in lots of shapes and sizes. We grow 85+ varieties of Heirloom tomatoes and we pick our sweet corn fresh multiple times daily. Our pickers bring fruits and vegetables straight from the fields to our roadside stand demonstating our “up to the minute fresh” commitment. We started a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) in 2001 and it has fit in well with our retail operation. Restaurants come directly to our stand and hand pick the items they want. We open in mid June and close October 31st.

I really enjoyed looking at your photos. Wondering if you grow any varieties from Southern Exposure seed exchange?
